Constructing the Trust Relationship of Sci-Technology Ethics Governance Community

[Abstract]
The ethical and risk problems brought by the development of contemporary science and technology are even becoming the most prominent characteristics of risk society, and the governance urgency of sci-technology ethics is becoming increasingly prominent. The realization of effective governance of sci-technology ethics needs the joint participation of multiple subjects, and sci-technology ethics governance community should be constructed. Trust is the premise and foundation of constructing and maintaining the sci-technology ethics governance community, which helps to reailize the "risk sharing" and "responsibility sharing" of multiple governance subjects in the sci-technology ethics governance. It is helpful to enhance the cohesion of the sci-technology ethics governance community, and then construct the dependency relationship of "cooperative co-governance" among multiple governance subjects. It helps to reduce the cost of sci-technology ethics governance and shape the ability of multiple subjects in the governance community to cooperate in order to achieve a common goal. On the one hand, we should cultivate internal trust based on the three dimensions of system, culture and capital. On the other hand, we should achieve the expansion of external trust on the basis of internal trust, cultivate global trust relations and build a community of shared future for mankind.
