Tsinghua Sociological Review Reaps Awards Again


In 2024, Tsinghua Sociological Review published two issues, which dealt with topics such as digital sociology, family sociology, history and society since the Ming and Qing Dynasties, education and mobility, and reaped the following awards:


(1) Winning the 2024-2025 National Outstanding Academic Journal Award



At this point, Tsinghua Sociological Review has won the National Outstanding Academic Journal Award for six consecutive years.


(2) Awarded "2024 High-Impact Academic Journal" by China National Knowledge Infrastructure (CNKI), and ranking first among sociology and demography journals



Tsinghua Sociological Review was selected as one of the "2024 High-Impact Academic Journals" and ranked first in the category of sociology and demography journals. Based on the citation data of 1,159 journals included in CNKI in its Chinese Citation Database and the data on download or use by CNKI users, China Scientometrics and Bibliometrics Research Center calculated the "Clout Index" of each participating journal and then ranked these journals by subject, of which the top 25% (Q1) were selected as "2024 High-Impact Academic Journals". The aim is to objectively reveal the academic influence of academic journals in China, further show the academic value of these journals and enhance academic interactions and cooperation among research groups.



(3) An article in Tsinghua Sociological Review No.21 reprinted in full in Xinhua Digest

An article titled "Digital Society Research Framework and Approach" by Zhang Maoyuan and Qiu Zeqi in Tsinghua Sociological Review No.21 was reprinted in full in the Society section of Xinhua Digest, No.22, 2024.
